Being someone who hasn't been to the dentist in years , the pricing shocked me. Even with my insurance. BUT the staff were soooooo friendly. And I felt were being very honest with me. He was personable, kind, and truly understanding, which made the entire appointment feel easy and stress-free. The entire staff was phenomenal—professional, attentive, and consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained my billing options and next steps for improving my oral health. As a registered nurse who works closely with patients, being treated with this level of kindness and compassion meant so much to me. Came in for periodontal treatment. Dr. CHOI explained what she was going to do before she did it, so no surprises. Also, my procedure was quick, thorough, and PAIN FREE👍. Her assistant, JUAN was welcoming, calming,, and professional. Finally, HELEN clearly answered financial questions beforehand. This is why I come more often-as I should!! Brad D.
